From the high mountains of the northern Matagalpa region, just south of Jinotega in Nicaragua comes one of Central America's finest coffees. This coffee is a mix of several coffee tree varieties: Catimor, Caturra, Catuai and Pacamara, which combine to create a unique taste. Fully washed and naturally dried. We roast to a medium roast to bring out notes of apricot and butterscotch. A full-bodied coffee with a pleasant acidity.

I've tried almost all there beans, and have yet to be disappointed. Always so fresh. Great company, great coffee! Just buy it already!
Smooth and deep

I really like this variety. Since I stopped using cream and sugar in my coffee, I have tried a number of coffees looking for smoothness and depth of flavor. I think this is the best one so far!
