From the high mountains of the northern Matagalpa region just south of Jinotega in Nicaragua comes one of Central Americas finest coffee. This coffee is a mix of several coffee tree varietals: Catimor, Caturra, Catuai and Pacamara. These four combine to create a unique taste. This coffee is fully washed and naturally dried. We roasted to a medium roast to bring out notes of apricot and butterscotch. A full-bodied coffee with a pleasant acidity.

I really like this variety. Since I stopped using cream and sugar in my coffee, I have tried a number of coffees looking for smoothness and depth of flavor. I think this is the best one so far!
